The Studio Museum Digital Archives

The Studio Museum Archives collects, organizes, preserves, and provides access to historical materials related to the Museum’s rich history. The Museum’s Digital Archives present an accessible reference and research platform that complements our continued commitment to public access, community participation, and arts education in Harlem and beyond.

We welcome you to learn more about the history of the Studio Museum’s exhibitions, programming, special events, and Artist-in-Residence program through our Digital Archives.

The Studio Museum in Harlem is grateful to the Henry Luce Foundation for their crucial support in launching The Studio Museum in Harlem Digital Archives. Ongoing support for the Studio Museum archives is generously provided by the Hauser & Wirth Institute.
